I would like to take the opportunity to thank Ian and the team, including the fitter, for the brilliant service provided to us this week. Having only made the enquiry on Monday, to have a stairlift relocated, I am thrilled that it’s only Friday and the lift is in place! From the courteous and helpful response from Ian during the initial phone call, to the speed with which responses were made after that, and then the superb fitting service, I just can’t praise the company highly enough. Thank you for your great service, helpful communication and speedy response, our family is extremely grateful.

I am glad to write this testimonial.
I phoned Affordable Mobility at the end of August (2017) and they came back to me with the offer of an appointment considerably sooner than I had hoped.
Their engineer’s visit took place on September 6th. He got my Stannah stairlift working again, purged the nuisance of a supernumerary on-off button on it, and – for the first time in its 14-year history – repaired ALL its mechanisms and features, internal and external: for instance interior of the arm-rests.
All this was included in the standard £79 fee for a visit and servicing.
The engineer was cheerful, conversible, polite and left the machine in a better condition than it had been through most of its lifetime to date.
I consider I received very good value for money.
