Affordable Mobility are one the first in the UK to be awarded the prestigious Stannah Certificate of Excellence. This is a scheme that certifies that our engineers install your stairlift to the exacting standards required by Stannah.
Very few companies completely meet these requirements but we are committed to making sure that you receive the best possible service and that your stairlift is installed professionally with minimum fuss and disruption.
Training
As part of the certification process our engineers must undergo extensive training and on site assessment. Training includes the installation process, fault finding & servicing, to ensure our work meets the high standard set by Stannah the leading Stairlift manufacturer.
The Certificate of Excellence is unique and industry leading, ensuring we provide the standard of service you demand.
Regular Assessment of Engineers
Affordable Mobility engineers are assessed regularly by Stannah where installation and servicing procedures are checked.
Our engineers are assessed on the installation of all models of Stairlift whether straight or curved, Siena, Starla, Saxon & even the outdoor Stairlift.
You can be sure once our engineers arrive there will be no unwelcome surprises.
Ongoing audits
The Stannah Certificate of Excellence is an on-going scheme. Stannah continue to visit us annually, checking our staff and procedures, to ensure that we reach their high standards when we sell and distribute their stairlifts.
